My friends share that I am authentic, wise, humorous, and flexible. I believe balance is the key to happiness - balance in all things. I am not a hiker, biker or work out junkie. I prefer quite time when I exercise, incorporating it into a form of conscious movement; a form of meditation. I have had the opportunity of living with a physical disability my entire life, which has afforded me hip and knee replacements. I am grateful to be active, mobile and content with who and what I am. I enjoy listening to MOST all types of music. I like to read novels that involve a meaningful human interest story. I watch lots of movies and enjoy comedies about real life, drama, some documentary and historical. I love creating new ideas in the garden area of my home, as well as in my home. I am curious about spiritual and scientific matters. I believe that we create our personal experiences by our thoughts, our beliefs and our intentions. This is a very empowering way to live and requires much self-awareness.

My Ideal Person
For a man to be happy with me he would need to be a positive thinker and emotionally self responsible. Someone who finds joy in living every day in every way. A compassionate individual who is open minded and intellectually creative. This man would be both strong and gentle as well as spontaneous.
