I am a widow of 4 and a half years, who has a real zest for life! I am an avid bowler, gardener and enjoy the arts and music of all kinds. I miss the companionship of a good man, although I have many friends and a busy social life. Being in love is what I miss most of all!
I am still working, although it is only part time right now. I am a free lance artist and have been at it for 22 years. It started as a hobby and evolved into a business and since my husband died I am thankful that I have it.
I love dating and have met many interesting men, but have not fallen in love; could you be the one?
Traveling is also something I'm very fond of, having been to many countries, but there are still a few I'm missing! There are parts of the U.S. I haven't been to yet, and with the world situation the way it is, I think it's a good idea to stay close to home.
I have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. I try to keep in touch either by phone or e-mail when I can't visit.

A man who has a sense of humor, with warmth and sincerity are the traits I am looking for. He must be considerate and caring also. I think family values are important too; if he has children I prefer that he be close to them, as I am with mine. I don't like men or women who tell me they don't talk to their children; that immediately sends out a red flag. I have always accepted my children just the way they are and never want to lose them!
