Well, I have been in the dating scene now for several months and generally have not been finding what I am looking for. This is not the fault of anyone but me since I am pretty specific about what I ultimately want from a partner. So, I have decided to stop looking for a wife and start looking for friends. I think that is the best place to start, dont you? You know what they say about watched pots.
Who am I? I am a very independent and self-sufficient person. I own my own home and have a good education and career. I know exactly who I am, what I want from life and where I am going. I love to laugh but I dont need to parachute from a perfectly good aircraft in order to enjoy myself. Everyone I know thinks I am absolutely hilarious and I really do like to see people smile. I am quite expressive and intellectual you wont ever have to fill dead conversational air with me.

It would be nice to have someone to share experiences with - - social, physical and emotional and have a connection with that person. Someone to go to dinner with or see movies with. And yes, someone to snuggle up next to during the cold winter months. Here is the kicker: I dont want children nor do I need an animal farm in my home to complete my existence. I love kids and animals, but I prefer to borrow as needed rather than own. Unfortunately, this puts me out of the running with 90% of the single women on the planet. But that is OK - I am willing to wait to find the right one for me and discover some new friends in the meantime.
