Hi. How are you today? So here you are reading my profile. Well, just a little bit about me; as you know I am 38, currently going through a divorce, I have two teenage , 3 dogs (no, I am not a crazy person)and one cat (anyone want her?). I work as a medical transcriptionist both in an office and at home with my own accounts. I have to say that I am very excited about starting my new life and am looking forward to finding someone who I am compatible with. Being this age, it is difficult to meet anyone. Am I supposed to go to a bar by myself and be stared at and given shots all night? not for me. So, where do I meet people? All of my friends are married, so once in a while they can go out (maybe you know how that is, but good for them) and going out by myself is simply just not an option, so here I am. Since I am going through a divorce and not finished yet, a serious relationship is really not what I want right now. I am just looking for someone to go out with once in a while, chat with by phone or e-mail. I am a very honest person, which could be detrimental to your health, lol. Ok, you're still reading this that's a good sign! I do have a sense of humor (sarcastic sometimes, so I am warning you). I do like my independence, so back off once in a while, but hey not too much geez let's not get carried away. Of course, I have a sensitive side and a good heart (I am a woman ya know) and then there is the b****y side, hmm, had to say that (again, I am a woman). Still here? I just feel like life is too short and I want to live it to the fullest today. I don't want my life to be all about work and no play; gotta enjoy it, right? I am looking for someone who is a nice guy, can make me laugh, knows how to flirt, is a happy person, is a manly man (not sure if you know what I mean here can you swing a hammer, fix a toilet, dig a hole and please me in another room? - please don't make me elaborate on that last one?), has manners, someone who is attractive, but doesn't know it (ego maniacs can look elsewhere please; this is one of my biggest peeves, get over yourself that's why you're alone). There has to, has to, has to be a mutual attraction or chemistry this is just something I cannot get past, just has to be there. He should know how to treat a lady (ya know, open a door once in a while, say sorry when you do something wrong
) I am not looking for a guy who feels the need to send flowers or candy or whatever to impress me. Yes, that's what I said. I am not materialistic. A simple text on my cell saying, "hey what's up", will do. I know you're thinking about me just by doing that. (ya know there are a lot books out there about what women want, we read the books about what men want, so you guys can read about what women want, let's all try to get along) I do not want someone who plays head games did that in high school just be straight about things. Sound fair?
