I have worked for a major insurance company in Chicago Illinois for the past 20 years and have a college degree. I have 2 ren, 2 boys which are 18 and 20 in age which live with my ex but I see them on a regular basis.They mean the most too me. I have been divorced for over a year now and it is is time to spread my wings and fly. Life is too short to not find that soulmate to spend your life with. I want to find someone so special that you just can't wait to see them and hold them in your arms. Where your heart just goes pitterpatter every time you hear her voice or see her. She's out there. I am a romantic type of guy who likes to send cards and flowers to my girl just because, not just on regular holidays. I love to go out and take a stroll and hold hands. Very important.This can be anywhere, the beach, the park, forest perserve or even at the store or mall. It is a way to reconnnect with your partner. I like to watch sports such as Chicago SOX,yes our beloved Cubs and My FAVORITE BEARS and Bulls and listening to 1960's and 1970's music on the radio and cd's. I also play guitar to numerous gs that were created.I like to see oldies bands play, the buckinghams and a beatles tribute band, the liverpool english and others. My favorite shows are Pri Break,24,The Unit and 60 minuites. I am not too hip on sitcoms.Don't get me wrong. They are okay. If my partner asked me to watch her show with me, of course I would as long as it's not the entire sea. I just like educational shows more like channel 11 and CNN. I like going to restaurants and my favorite foods are SPANISH,GREEK AND CHINESE. I am a serious church going individual every week and try to follow by God's word. God really got me through from where I was to now.

I am looking for a relationship that we can build on. The first thing is friendship. If you don't have that then there is no hope. The 2nd thing is trust and honesty to both partners.The 3rd and most importent is respect for the individual. You must have this for a relationship to succeed. Your partner should be your best friend,your lover for life,for richer and poorer, and in sickness and in health. The person who you can tell your thoughts,feelings,dreams,ambitions and such and not be critizied. Listening to your partner is a must, and vice-versa. I am not into one night stands nor will I do one.I take dating very seriously even if I am new at this. No joke I believe that committment and honesty is the most importent thing in a partnership. And do not forget the most importent word you can tell someone is "I LOVE YOU" and mean it. Please do not reply if you do any type of recreational drugs. The biggest turnoff!
