34yo working single Mum of 2 boys, looking for partners in crime to point and laugh at my clumsy, and sometimes ditzy, (so long as I can return the favour).
Most weekends for me involve bbqs with family and friends, laid back entertaining (I really prefer an impromptu backyard BBQ or pizza night with friends to a 5 star restaurant), maybe a bit of camping, fishing and 4wding.
I work part time (school hours, Im a firm believer in s having adult supervision before and after school, keeps them out of trouble), and am looking at part-time study as well in 2008. Im working towards being able to step into a managerial role when I eventually return to full time work.
I enjoy working in my garden, mucking around with my s at the beach after work in summer (nothing restores the spirit like watching the sunset while you're in the water after a hard day), wandering around weekend markets, reading (usually sci-fi/fantasy or forensic crime fiction), I also play a little World of Warcraft online.
My taste in music is probably a little ocker...I do like a bit of hard rock and metal, but also flamenco guitar and the kind of stuff that gets played on 94.5 and 96.1 ....if I can sing along, Im usually happy (although anyone within hearing distance is generally not so happy).
I love to chat to people, male and female, from anywhere and everywhere - Im not a big fan of TV so once the s are in bed (especially on week nights) its nice to reply to emails and interact with other 'grown-ups' (although a long soak in the bath or turning in early with a good book is nice too).
I dont believe in 'looking for love', if it happens, it happens...but the journey is the important thing, not the destination, and Im in no hurry...
