I love the first date as well as all the things that go along
with it. The first time you meet someone, getting to know
them, deciding whether you want to meet them again, and

Oh god I'm nervous 14/3/2005
I'm sitting here at the coffee shop nervous, drinking
more coffee than I should. I came early so that i could find
the perfect place to sit, where i can see, but not be seen.
I mean after all I could simply walk out. But in this time
of web cams and pixes and the like, he already has a pretty
good idea what I look like.

I went to a party with my 1st date.I met my Ex boy friend there
with his girl friend.i was panic because it.i told to my

I tend to be pretty optimistic when it comes to meeting ppl.
Here's my story and some background to it.
I met Cameron on another dating site before I even came back
to FF. We exchanged AIM names and chat whenever the other
is on. It's not unusual for him to not be on for a few days.

What really irks me is how you just meet someone - whether
by e-mail or in person - and while it's just a first meet,
they begin to give you the standard 20 questions routine.
Okay that's not so bad because without asking questions,
it's not easy to learn about the other person much.

It's important to ask in the right moment for a date.
If you ask too soon you'll look intrusive and pushy.
If you wait too long the other person might think you're
not interested in meeting him/her at all. So when is the
right time?

Keep It Shorter 7/7/2004
Even tho previous to this I somewhat agreed with another
writer who said that the date should be short and just go
for drinks. It should actually be kept shorter and for the
first date make it a lunch date, because more often enough
you find at the end of the date you are in a situation when
the goodbye strolls around. Lunch is cool as the goodbye
is simple..hey is only lunch.
