"Spending time with others doing things that I enjoy, like laughing, socializing, wining, exploring, making love, making music, and enjoying nature au natural. I like not noticing the time go by. I'm pretty happy about life right now, despite the downturn in the economy and being forcibly self-employed. I’ve been working on myself, trying to start a new company, having fun at the radio station, and enjoying my motorcycle. I'd be happier though, if I had someone to share it with. There’s a bit of a hole there, but that's why I've got my thumb out over here in Friendfinder.

"I find that helping others feel good about something or about themselves can help. Also, it’s important to create and support an environment where others can grow and learn. I think there's got to be humor, sincere shared physical or mental interest, and some kind of positive energy flow to make it all happen best. I'm starting to pursue activities in Integrated Energy Therapy with my yogamatrix's help. That should help with making those around me happier. Oh, and it can't go without typing that well-chosen complements and hugs are good also."

"What makes me happiest? Making meaningful friendships. I also love to be cuddled.

"What can I do to make other people happy?? Well, just taking the time to care about another’s feelings can be a huge help. Also, being there as a good listener, which many of us forget to do sometimes. There are many good people out there with huge hearts. But while it's ok to follow your heart, you must be careful to use your smarts and your brain also. Hold onto your dreams and have faith. Stand up for what you believe in."

"The time in my life when I was happiest was when I was about 20 years old. I couldn't find a job out of high school, so a farmer I knew offered me a job working 3 seasons out of the year. It was hard work, but it was well worth it. The people I worked for were just the most generous and kind people I'll ever get the pleasure of knowing. I picked cucumbers and asparagus, milked cows, and helped get the hay in. There was a lot of mowing, shaking, and racking of the hay. And in the fall, when we did the hardest work of bringing in the corn, I learned so much from the farmers about how to be a good person and work hard for the things you want out of life. Of course I had my first serious girlfriend that summer too. We eventually moved in together and just had a lot of fun. It ended badly but such is life."

"What makes me happiest? That’s honestly a hard question to answer. Finding the right person, whom I can trust and who trusts me, is step one. For many like me, just finding that one person with whom we can connect (through trust, attraction, and similar goals) is a crucial part of life. As for helping others to be happy, it’s best not to play games with anyone. Just be honest about yourself and about what you’re looking for; otherwise you’re just wasting everyone’s time. Good luck to us all."

"What makes me happiest? I guess it’s when I meet an attractive lady and we start dating. I love to experience that 'WOW this could be the one' kind of feeling. When I find this lady then I will arrive at my happiness."

"I am an easy-going person and am happy most every day. I believe that even on the worst days, life is good. I can't complain about anything. I feel, look, act, and think much younger than my chronological age. I think this helps also.
My happiest times are when I am with my family and friends and when I travel. I love meeting new people and learning about other cultures. I also enjoy it when I am alone. I am just as comfortable in a 5 star hotel as in a wood shack (true story: while traveling in Belize, I once stayed in a shack with see-through walls). Enjoying each experience is, I believe, what makes life wonderful.
I plan on living until I am 100 so that I can have time to do so much more loving, living in, and enjoying this great world of ours and the people in it."

"I am your basic girl looking for that 'special' someone. I feel that I have found her. Right now I am on CLOUD NINE and walking on sunshine. It amazes me how one person can affect you so profoundly, touching your very heart and soul. Well, that’s what makes me happy. Just having her in my life makes me happy.

"What's the best way to make someone else happy? That's a tough one, because everyone needs to find a way to be happy for themselves and then add to that happiness. Whether we’re talking about a friend or a lover, I would always do whatever it takes to be there for them and make them laugh as much as possible. And my advice would be to LIVE, LOVE, AND LAUGH. It’s what I tell everyone in FF."
