What does Valentine's Day mean to you? What do you hope for on Valentine's Day? What are your thoughts about the holiday? As for me . . . well, I’m a romantic and an artist. I dream everyday of that one person to see me standing still for who I am and love me for it. It would give my heart wings. I would smile more often. I’d love everyday, I’d laugh, I’d dance. We all have dreams of finding “The One,” and I respect anyone who does not give up on that. Life is so full of adventure that sometimes we overlook the simple things ‒ and love is one of them. I know I’ve side-stepped those tiny arrows for a few years now. Not that is makes me unhappy -- it is just taking more time for me to find my one love. Now I’m just happy with a different world, sharing my life (and a paper hug and kiss) with my friends. It opens a new world to look at. But if by chance.."That One Soul" finds me in the field of roses . . . I will know him by the look in his eyes, and the smile that is on his face, because that we would have in common. So I’ll wish everyone happiness and luck in finding "The One," and most of all hugs and kisses for being the best friends one could ask for! Happy Valentine’s Day! If I could concoct my own special holiday, it would start out with a massage for each partner, followed by a wholesome breakfast, then a long stroll along the beach, then maybe a tasty lunch, then a few hours of intimacy in the afternoon, followed by special gifts for each, then get all dressed up go to a very special romantic quiet restaurant, where it is somewhat dark with candlelight and music, followed by some dancing and finally back to home sitting around a fireplace, having something warm to drink, sharing with each other and finally for more intimacy into the rest of evening and early morning. Hopefully it won’t be too long before I’ll find someone to share this with . . . What about you? Don't be shy . . . chime in to add your own thoughts and wishes.
