California? Distance and age does not matter? Don't make me laugh. If this is not a recurring and repeated and BORING line from scammers I will eat my hat (and I have several). Actually I do laugh at the insincerity of these messages. Here...are you lonely? I'm paying attention to you! I'm reeling you in for the kill 
How about the I am writing a proposal because I lost everything and need to work, three days later, I am off to the middle east or some oil rig in middle of nowhere and wow, a couple of days later I need to borrow $20000 from a perfect online stranger because I'm so lonely in the world, or my parents are broke too, or I cannot let any of my friends know what I am doing because it is very hush hush, but I'm telling a perfect online stranger about all I am doing because I am being so trusting, that the perfect online stranger should be reporting them to the FBI for divulging secrets...did you know it is a crime under the Espionage Act.
Oh well. All I can do is delete, delete, delete. Or if I'm bored, get a number on Google voice or a fake ID on Skype and have a little fun...waste the scammers time for a while until I get bored.
Yep scammers, make believe I am worth $50,000,000 and I go on line to look for a companion, because frankly I am NOT lonely. Just come on here to flirt, and email with people who truly are who they say they are and enjoy each others messages.
So scammers, do not bother with me and most of the people of these sites.
Lonely people? Be careful, these scammers will send you to the poorhouse and run to the bank laughing.

Wow, life sure is interesting. I take issue on the following. Not a comment on anyone in particular, but in general.
1. Muscle shirts. Really? Some people should not be showing off the lack of body tone. Not very attractive in my own opinion
2. "Toned" and I meet that person and he is anything but. I do not mind that he isn't toned, but lie about it? Or do some people just see themselves as being fit because they remember what they looked like when they were in their teens
3. The scruffy beard. Trimmed beards can be quite attractive, but to look like a mountain man. Maybe some women are into that.
4. Lack of description. Why would I respond to someone who doesn't say anything? Even a one liner says a lot.
5. And yeah, I look a little scruffy on my pictures. My hair is out of control. Whatever happened to the nice straight long hair I used to have? Now I have a curly mop...yuk, yuk, yuk.
Not that I am one to talk. I have had some good advice from gentlemen with whom I have made friends with on this site. Just sharing my opinions LOL

This on-line dating thing has been most interesting. After not having to do with anyone for the opposite sex for four ...relationship wise, my sister decided it was time when I made a silly comment while watching a movie. I've been through several sites. This was has been one of the better ones. Probably should do my own reviews of these sites...good, bad or kinky.
My first problem was trying to figure out the type of relationship I was looking for...at least by the descriptions provided by the site. There was the 'not interested in looking or having a relationship', which I found curious. Asked a couple of guys and they were just there either for entertainment, or to see if their spouse was looking. Then there was the dating. I wasn't sure if that meant go out to dinner or coffee and that was it? but most thought it was a little more. Then there was the relationship and long term and marriage which seemed obvious.
Then I asked one person why he wanted marriage and couldn't understand why women were not interested in that. Maybe because we're tire of being nurses and maids and cooks?
And the scammers. Or lordy Lord. The minute they started alluding to money. That was the end of that conversation. So obvious!
And finally the married buys looking for a tryst. Not into that, no way, no how
Anyway, this is just an overview. Maybe later I'll deeper into my most elucidating and entertaining experiences.
