How can India separate Balochistan from Pakistan?/ ?PAGALSTHAN ?????

Yes, it is very much possible. The below points will illustrate how it can be done.
1. A proxy war by Pakistan in two Indian provinces merely affects less than 10% of all Indian provinces, a proxy war by India in two Pakistani provinces can affect 40% of Pakistan.
2. Pakistan did not learn the lesson that those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Pakistan never thought that two could play the game; or else, they thought they could disintegrate India before India woke up. Well, that was not the case. India plans to take proxy wars into Pakistani territory, and pay Pakistan back in its own coin. But let’s analyze how a proxy war may succeed, within Pakistan, in further points below.
3. As experience around the world has shown, a successful proxy war that is able to cut off a part of a territory or initiate regime change in a country must consider four major parameters:
•The numerical size of the rebel army.
•The volume of external aid and military assistance actually provided to the rebels.
•The resolve and ability of the home army to resist the armed rebellion
•The physical presence of external military action by a foreign country.
For the current scenario that we are discussing:
(Home Army --> Pakistani Army)
(Rebel Army --> Baloch Liberation Army)
(Foreign Country --> Republic Of India)
4. Bullet points 1 and 2 are entirely in India's favor. There are many Baloch who hate being with Pakistan and they want to create their own Baloch nation. Also, the external aid by India has to be well directed and in huge numbers to the Baloch rebels. It was the same case while dealing with Mukti Bahini during the Bangladesh liberation war.
5. As the strength of the Baloch rebels increases and the external supply/aid from India keep on coming, the will of the Pakistani Army to continue their ops in Balochistan will take a hit.
6. Now, the Pakistani Army will be fighting on three fronts. First, The Af-Pak region of Waziristan where the Pakistanis are conducting op Zarb-e-azb. Second, the line of control where India can put some pressure and make the Pakistani army move large number of troops to the Indian side. Third, the Baloch front wherein the war of independence is going on.
7. This three front stretch/war for the Pakistani army will eventually break their ability to do successful operations and they will naturally incur very heavy casualties. This therefore satisfies the 3rd bullet point(sub point of point 3) as mentioned above.
8. The 4th bullet point is naturally satisfied as the 1.15 million+++++
strong Indian Army will be standing by as a "physical presence" and an external military support to Balochistan. Also, the Indian intelligence agencies would have, by now, made deep inroads into Balochistan to satisfy bullet points 2 and 3 as mentioned above.

The Indian army conducted surgical strikes across the LOC
in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and killed several terrorists.
Thier valor and indomitable spirit inspires me and all Indians.
WE ALL INDIANS would also like to take this oppurtunity
and congratulate prime minister Shri Narendra Modi for
his strong stance.
More power to him, his governemnet and the armed forces
for doing what was the need of the hour.
...herein let's all Indians remember Smt. Indira Gandhi

will be reduced in size of less then our UttarPradesh.....
...just to remind -
A civil war in 1971 resulted in the dismemberment of
then East Pakistan, resulted in the creation of a new nation,
which we all know as Bangladesh.
...for PAGALSTAN not waging a war on terrorisim, the terrorists
are waging a war on theie own aka [ master] formely know as Pakistan
and that's the reason to rename DISINTIGRATED Pakistan as PAGALSTAN...

became the fourth country to successfully test launch a scramjet engine,
The test flight, which represents a milestone in the ISRO's efforts regarding
its future space transportation system, took place at the
Sathish Dhawan Space Centre launch pad, SRIHARIKOTA.
The purpose of the Indian Space Research Organisation's -
experimental mission is the realisation of an Air-Breathing Propulsion System
that utilises hydrogen fuel and oxygen from the atmosphere as an oxidiser.
The scramjet engines help reduce launch costs by cutting down on the amount
of oxidiser which needs to be carried along with the fuel,the two air-breathing
engines hugging an Advanced Technology Vehicle Rocket normally starts
breathing air when the rocket reaches a height of 11 kilometres.
"With this flight, critical technologies such as ignition of air-breathing engines at supersonic speed, holding the flame at supersonic speed, air intake mechanism
and fuel injection systems have been successfully demonstrated."

In shifting the focus to not just Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK), the long neglected part of India under Pakistan's illegal occupation, but also to Balochistan, an independent state that Pakistan forcibly occupied and colonised, the Modi government seems to be signalling its intention of taking the fight to the enemy.
The quibbling from PM Narendra Modi's incorrigible detractors aside, his repeated references to flagrant human rights violations in Balochistan and POK - he has after all only referred to universal principles which transcend state sovereignty, a line taken by not just the West but also, rather disingenuously, by the Pakistanis - at least on the face of it, appears to be a significant policy shift.
But will this policy be limited to only firing verbal missiles which are nothing more than pin-pricks aimed at scoring points over the Pakistanis by pointing to their abysmal and scandalous treatment of the Baloch and people of POK?
Or, will this new policy involve giving "diplomatic, moral and political support" - to use the Pakistani formulation on Kashmir - to the Baloch freedom fighters and Kashmiris struggling to shake off Pakistan's yoke?
Equally important is the question of whether this policy will be a national policy or a policy of a particular government.
If it is the latter then its chances of success are extremely limited; if it is the former then it will mean that all elements of national power will be brought to bear for this policy's success.
There is also the question of whether this policy is based on the merits of Balochistan's case for independence or it is merely a leverage to be used against Pakistan for a quid pro quo on Kashmir?
While it is true that there is no comparison between Balochistan and Kashmir - the former is a forcibly occupied state struggling for freedom while the latter is an integral part of India under Pakistan's illegal occupation - a quid pro quo would do great injustice to the cause and struggle of the Baloch, smear India's reputation as an unreliable friend and in the long run keep the India-Pakistan stalemate alive.

should support the Baloch freedom struggle neither because it wants to sock it back to Pakistan, nor for a trade-off on Kashmir - both will have a very short shelf-life - but because an independent Balochistan would be a strategic masterstroke and would create a pro-India, secular and progressive Muslim country in the region.
Assuming that India will from now give "diplomatic, moral and political support" to the Baloch, there will be the interlinked question of how this will be done and what will be the implications of this strategy on India's foreign policy.
