Snowed In... Wow..we got blasted with a snow storm, the past few days. Have been digging out..and spent the day at home..that was a nice little holiday at home..got a little cabin fever, though..when I am forced to stay in the house..Once..long ago...we were snowed in for 4 days... Today, the sun is shining....reflecting like a beacon off the snow..what a difference a day makes..the dogs are bounding through the deep snow..its funny all you see is legs, fur, and snow flying..the snow is so deep..they leave a belly trail..the smallest, a Shi Tzu..came in with a snow beard..I wish I would have a taken a picture of her little Fu man chu, before it melted...  I should be out in the snow frolicking with them..good idea...have a nice weekend... Wee  Earth is the insane asylum for the universe. |

yes.. nothing like a lot of snow to make you frolic on a clear day is there? IO remember those days when I used to live in a place that received a lot of snow every winter. I once had a dog, a Keeshond, and OMG how he loved the snow. AFter the first snowfall of the year, my somewhat sluggish dog turned into a play monster... bounding through the snow, barking, head on feet, butt in the air... Thank you for reminding me of that  Sens (the penguin who misses snow)

Ahhhh frolicking, I remember frolicking Yeah last night here was bad again because of the winds but it's sunny today and the snow is going to start melting because we're supposed to be in the 40's by Monday. Although in some places blowing snow made visibility bad here I still went to karaoke and by 11 PM the place was full of other crazies who did the same LOL My cats used to be hilarious in the snow. They just didn't quite know what to make of it?
