I have too much paperwork and payroll to do yet to post the pickle recipe. I had another transfusion this afternoon which I pretty much slept through.

Raining here ......temp dropped to 73 F Think the car said 82 F on the way home... rather odd for July in Iowa.

Our village has its annual free pancake breakfast on Saturday from 8 to 10 am. A parade down main st is at 11. Don't blink or you will miss it. People are gathering in the campground already for the weekend festivities. A large trailer full of horses has pulled in at the school and the horses are grazing on the school grass. The cowboys are wearing period costumes. Methinks it is going to be a good parade.

It was 77F here today with a mix of sun and cloud. We are under a 30% severe thunder watch, but the sky is clear. Calgary had a wicked hail storm blow across the southern half of the city around 5 pm. Will check the morning news to hear about property damage. The same storm also produced a tornado, but I haven't heard of any damage related to the wind.

I wonder how it becomes great juice when you got the grapes in there in one piece, must be the green grapes or something now you know why I don't cook anything LMAO
