Elderberries  Our fencerows are full of elderberries which are now in full bloom. The sweet scent drifting when the wind dies down. I plan on harvesting some for juice and jelly. I will use the same process on the elderberries as I am doing on the grapes. With the 4th of July looming Martin and I are swapped trying to get the mowing and landscaping done for our customers so we might enjoy the weekend.  You have not slipped from my thoughts I am merely working at home, in the office and out mowing. |

I've been just swamped... last night I sat down with JD and fell sound asleep even though I still had work to do.

I bought 10 bags of grapes at the low price. I have jars washed and ready I just need to pick the grapes and get them ready for Alex to help me.

I need to do some housework yet. My gal was her cleaning and I am astounded at all the stuff she got done while I was in town with Martin.
