Best Sandwich


Is there a better, more satisfying, sandwich than a grilled cheese ? You couple it with tomato soup and you are in comfort food heaven.

 A warm sunny day 94 F... 34 C a bit too windy. I've had a hell of a Monday... business wise successful just need to get some rest to be ready for tomorrow.

 I just love a grilled cheese and tomato soup to warm me up on a cold day. I add a little hot spicy salsa to my tomato soup.

It was a cool, thunder showery day here only reaching 61F, 0.3" of rain. I was very busy most of the day dealing with creditors, bankruptcy trustee, lawyer, broker, and banker. Also had time between showers to walk the dog. Cooked up a big batch of pasta with ham/taco sauce. It turned out great. Had some for supper and it tasted like more.

We're plunking forward here. Getting rebar, old barbed wire, and steel cable together to start pouring cement.
