Doctor Visit.....  Luckily I was able get in see my physician today. With the usual medical mumbo jumbo he wants me on mega doses of a scripted vitamin K. He wants to keep track of the iron built up in my body the other stuff IDK.... |

Everything else is going fine. STILL the BOOT & WALKER minimal weight on my ankle.

Unfortunately he did not prescribe mega doses of Bombay Sapphire.... grrrrrr! Have to settle for Icy cold Coke.

Chicken and Stars on the menu tonight here. Some hot soup after a chilly damp day..... 55 F 13 C sprinkles off & on.

I made an unexpected trip to my Dr too. Phoned in to make an appointment and they said they had a cancellation after lunch and to get in right away, or wait more than a week. The usual 10 minute appointment turned into a 48 minute examination, and then handed requisitions for lab tests and a referral to a specialist. I wasn't expecting that, so will wait to see what the specialist has to say about suspected melanoma. No ideas or answers about my low BP and associated dizziness, but I was also referred to my pharmacist, so had a very busy day in the city. I have to go in again tomorrow to do banking.

There is a big ol' crow in my bird wash soaking a dinner bun he found somewhere. Once it is softened, he takes bites of it and flies over to the nearby nest to feed his kids.

I had homemade chicken vegetable soup with 2 baked spuds for supper tonight, then went over and walked the dog. My next door neighbors are moving out today. The house next to that is being stripped to the bones and totally renovated. Lots of activity going on.

Glad you were able to get seen at least and take it easy on the ankle, it will let you know or they will when iyou can start putting weight on it and of course physical therapy I'm sure
