The way JD loves your cooking, I am surprised that he'd be late for lunch. Maybe he took the Benz for a cruise in the pasture, checking fence lines.

The cost of everything is sky rocketing, including rent. I think your tenants will understand, but the ones on fixed income might find it disconcerting.

Was mostly sunny, 64F, light and variable winds here today. I managed to absorb a few rays into my body before lunch, then took the doggy for a walk after lunch, and sprayed Killex (2 4 D) on my friends tree suckers. Then made up a big batch of salad and a cauldron of soup from the vegetable and meat remains. Had some soup and a homemade bbq burger for supper. PB & J tortilla for dessert.
