 Great to hear that you survived the reaming experience. I agree with you on never having it done again unless the at home FIT (stool) test is very positive for bleeding. I don't mind the colonoscopy itself, but I have no none to drive me home afterwards, and the hospital will not release me on my own recognizance. That is because of the general anaesthesia used.

 I'm slow cooking pork chops for my dinners for the next while. I didn't get them started early enough to have for supper tonight, so had 2 chick's fingers instead with some boiled potatoes and veggy stir fry.

 I had a good day on the financial front. I managed to renegotiate the 2nd loan shark mortgage into a new term at a greatly reduced interest rate and the back payments, penalties and interest are forgiven. It lowers my monthly payment by $300, first one due June 1. So foreclosure is avoided.
I also managed to negotiate a repayment agreement with the village for taxes and utilities. I will pay $300/mo until I catch up which will take about 2 years. Without that agreement, my utilities were to be cut off tomorrow.

 It was a cool, partly cloudy day with 30% showers. High 55F. We are getting a very light sun shower as I type.

I will get one of those home tests next time with dad having colon cancer and grandpa dying of it I have to keep an eye on it.

I made the meatloaf , scalloped potatoes and coleslaw this morning before I had to go in.

The G D BASTARDS better... as for the Village "F" em you need to catch up on the taxes as best you can... They got a good look at an unsalable shack out in nowhere's ville that would leave them S O L !!!! "F" em from Iowa.

Our temp was 88 on the truck on the way home. 77 F now and 30 % precip.... didn't get the forms all set for concrete work tomorrow. Atmosphere is unstable....next few days.
