Another one bites the dust............... LMAO !  CNN has suspended anchor Chris Cuomo after new revelations surfaced detailing his efforts to help his brother, former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, out of an ongoing harassment scandal.  The suspension comes a day after the release of thousands of documents from the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James showing that Chris Cuomo used his contacts to dig into the governor's accuser's backgrounds . They also show he consulted with various sources to help the elder Cuomo manage the misconduct scandal that led to his resignation in August.  Included in the latest batch of information released are texts and email messages between the CNN host and a number of the governor's top aides and inner circle in which he appears to be acting as a strategist on behalf of his older brother, the disgraced former governor.  |

Partly cloudy tomorrow with a high of 55 °F (12.8 °C) and a low of 39 °F (3.9 °C). All this was happening on the East side of the Rocky Mountains while another atmospheric river inundated the West coast with more extreme flooding, closed roads, etc. Chalk it all up to climate change.

It was a weird day today. At 12:45 am, the wind was breaking off tree branches and took out the power over a good portion of the SW of Alberta just after 1 am. The temperature was 64F. My electricity was restored just before 5 am, but others waited until late afternoon. My internet was out until 9:30 am. Winds were clocked at 145 kph (90 mph). Semis were blown over, trees snapped off, roofs blown off buildings, 2 uncontrolled wildfires somehow ignited, one death resulted from an overturned tractor used to clear fallen trees. Winds slowed somewhat by mid morning, and the temperature plummeted to 32F with a few flakes as a cold front descended from the North. It wasn't my kind of day.
