I did laundry today...............



I hung our bedding out the clothes line dry. I reached get the comforter off the line and my back went crunch !!!!



JD had take into the ER.



They gave a shot !!!!!!



I am feeling fine now !

OMG Bret! You need to recognize the types of reaches and stretches your back can't handle, and stop doing them. Trust me, I had to learn the hard way. I was always putting my back out, but I finally realized I was causing my own problems. I consciously made a list of the "don't do's", and avoided them. I haven't had a back problem in 10 years.

I Think I may just have the clothes line lowered a little bit. Probably about the last time our bedding will get hung outside for the year...
