WHY I KEPT MY “ FREEZER” FULL IN ALL LOCK-DOWN PERIOD ?

When I got the confirmed news in the last week of Feb on proposed Country-wide Lock Down.I asked my maids clean the freezer. I thought it might be a good idea make some dinners in advance since we had no idea how long this lock down will test our patience.

When Lock down was announced and my all maid stopped working. I started getting tips from Bhai on cooking and my journey towards becoming a Chef started.

I purchased a pack of pans. I made large pans of Dal-Tadaka and Rice and several other meals and put them in the freezer. It's one of the smartest things I have ever done. When there was a 0% curfew and I wanted a "home-cooked" meal I took a pan out of the freezer and after 35 minutes in the oven, I had a tasty dish of Dal-Tadaka and Rice or some other pre-made meal ready to devour. My lock down period wasn't nearly as difficult as what most people describe.

How much "reserves" do you have in your relationship? Are you stocked up and prepared for the more difficult times ahead? I don’t dare to ask the same question to myself.

While all relationships face stressful situations, blissful relationships don't really have the same lows as your average partnership. Do you know why? Couples in blissful relationships have their freezer stocked for emergencies.

If you come upon a difficult period in your relationship and you don't have adequate "reserves" you can end up starving. When anyone from the cpl who in relationship is careless then Relationship becomes edgy, irritable and are prone to arguments. If you don't want your relationship to starve in the future, start beefing up your reserves.

Here are some great ways to stock up your relationship freezer.

Schedule regular time away just for the of you stay connected.
Read books/magazines/ezines on relationship enrichment …romance ..even on sex and discuss the concepts with your partner
Find a way grow spiritually together

Couples who have their reservoirs filled great memories, lots of shared positive experiences, wisdom gained from publications and friends, and constant interaction are able to weather almost any drought that their love…relationship might face.

So, how full is YOUR freezer?
