Confront a disturbing world!

With so much trouble in today's world, too much stress and difficulty in everyday life, sometimes it seems that the best way to deal with it will all be to ignore everything around. I, or become a recluse or something. But that can't be the solution.
Maybe, we don't need to withdraw from the world to find happiness!
Many of our sufferings in life are made not by external causes but by internal events such as the arising of disturbing emotions. And the best countermeasure for this intrinsic rift is improving our ability to deal with these emotions, and studying the confrontation with the environment, negative situations, etc. .., like that. ”

The mental states are things that lead to greater happiness. Negative or devastating emotions create harassment in our minds, undermining our spiritual happiness. These afflictive emotions make suffering worse. We consider these positive mental qualities as antidote to mental or destructive states - when we increase positive emotions, there will be a reduction. minimally correlated in the influence and capacity of negative emotions.
Positive emotions work to dispel negative emotions, like moving to light will dispel the darkness.

Therefore, as we gradually cultivate positive emotions, increase its capacity, there will be a corresponding reduction of negative emotions, as well as a cooling of cold water into hot water - when we pour more cold water, there will be a corresponding decrease in water temperature!

Happiness can be achieved in this life even though human life has limits, many unbearable things, unimaginable, impossible to count, nothing certain and not permanent.
