Cult of Psychiatry Yes I did say CULT which is exactly what the mental health system amounts to. There are noted professionals, psychiatrists and psychologists, that have been speaking out against the field as a "Cult" or "Weapon" of control. Please see the likes of Dr. Thomas Szasz, Professor of Psychiatry Emeritus at the State University of New York, co-founder of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), and also the likes of Jeffrey A. Schaler, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology, among others. Those that believe in the field will be quick to label people they feel a threat in any way as mentally ill Some chatters in FF are quick to do same. However, there is no conclusive evidence of any chemical imbalance in the brain to prove any mental illness. Doctors loyal to the field will tell patients to ignore the fact that such is NOT an 'exact science'. Yet it is simply a weapon with which to control social conflict, even if innocent people will be put away. At times past, mental diagnosis's have been assigned to such as "Drapetomania" for slaves that would run away, and "Hysteria" to promiscuous women (wandering womb). The US manual on such "illnesses", called the DSM-#, is subject to constant changes. With each new unique social threat comes a new diagnosis. Initially beginning with 6-7 clinical diagnosis, there are now some 300+ in listing. I wonder what they would diagnose Jesus with today. or any other of the Prophets. Oh wait, I know----"Delusional Disorder", either "Grandiose" or "NOS" (Not otherwise specified)<<< latter being a convenient way for Dr's to have their diagnostic cake and eat it too, as without having to be conclusive! Prescription drugs are the 3rd leading cause of death after heart attacks and cancer. There are also servicemen speaking out against such drugs being given to them. You figure it out. It is basically poison. In my opinion, having been persecuted by such an evil system, about 85% of the people deemed a mental illness are simply in conflict with repressed emotions that would otherwise bring emotional pain. That leaves only about 15% of all said patients actually having a brain abnormality, which is but a physical issue, albeit affecting their mental capacity. In my case, I was indeed encouraging a certain individual to feel their own repressed emotions. They could not have this of course, thus deeming me mental. This is sacrilege to them. But I know what you are thinking. What about violent and/or suicidal tendencies? People have been "saved" by such medications , yes? Yet such medications are designed to damper [hurting] emotions, which only serve to mask such, and make the person more "dead" than ever. This may in fact be the better of two evils for society of course, where others in turn may be hurt by such a patient. Yet the only true way to deal with such repression is to actually FEEL the emotion. But hey, "let's make the patients like as we are", thus say the Dr's, as without real emotions, just fabricated via meds, if in fact such emotions are even beginning to surface. Having said that, there would be NO such mental health system, if there was no fear of violence. And then having said that as well, the bible says, ' ....each person must save their own soul.' Ezekiel 14 vs 14 n 20. So according to the mental health system, had Noah before the FLood, given ALL the wicked people some psychotropic drugs, they would have all built life saving arks with which to also carry them through the deluge???  SO everyone should think twice before vesting faith in any worldly entity, especially the mental health system. This goes especially true for those that have never been subject to the system and thus have no room to speak to begin with.   |
