In need of a hug
Why don't the authorities take note of things. My father died in September 06. Everyone was notified, just been to his flat for the Estate Agents, to find bills from the Gas Board, Water Board, Council and TV Licensing people. I've just had to spent two hours re-informing them

Thanks for the hugs, you can never get too many at the best of times and when things aren't quite right a hug makes it so much better
