I am kindhearted person and I like to play golf and racquetball and workout. I like to dance!! so if u like to dance send message. Six yrs ago I weighed around 280 lbs now I am down to 195 to 200 lbs. I was able to achieve this by going to the gym and doing weight training along with cardio. I did change my diet a little; but if I want hagen daz I have it LOL.
