In a nut shell [but not really].. I am a mother of two aka: chef, maid, nurse, singer, actress, chauffeur, team manager, boo-boo kisser, photographer etc. I am a student, going to school to become a chef. I am plus size. I am fun. I love life but not with a freaky positive attitude every second. [you know the type I'm talking about] right now I'm trying to get my body back into shape, and it's a lot easier said than done, but very important to me. I'm the type of person who stops frequently to appreciate this world we live on and this life I am living. I'm thankful for what I have, I dream big, I recycle, volunteer often, love food and cooking for people. I entertain a lot, I barbecue and grill a lot!!
