Hello! I have an upbeat, positive, sensitive, caring, attitude. Laugh easily, smile a lot. I do enjoy what I do (most of the time ). I'm family oriented, a unique blend of old-fashioned / traditional and independent women (when I need to be), a nurturer, a dreamer but my feet are planted firmly on the ground. I am lively, bright, educated and I care deeply about my family and friends. I love being around children and think they are a blessing.
Love music! My tastes are constantly changing but the basics are classical and folk music. Admit to liking old radio shows especially comedy and mystery shows. Enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee at the local café and listening to Celtic musicians jam. Like to dance slow. I’ve always had the travel bug and have traveled to a few places on my “wish list” – still have many to go! Cooking and baking are favorite pastimes and I’ve become my family’s designated baker for all the traditional holiday baking. One of my newest hobbies is to try to compile a cookbook of family favorite recipes. Enjoy walking in all seasons if weather permits and also do yoga/pilates several times a week.
I've lived all over the country and am am fairly flexible about where I live. I have lived in several metro areas and now living in a small city again. Both have their charms. I adapt quickly to new surroundings.
Professionally, I work as a medical librarian in a hospital and manage the library. I like my job but its not the the be all and end all of my existance. LOL
