Hi, my name is Kesha. I am a mature 25 year old UNR student who desires to make friends with people who have similar interests as myself. I am a very easygoing person who likes to hangout with friends and laugh whenever I get a chance to. I like to engage in simple activities like going to the movies, shopping at the mall, and having lunch or dinner with friends, etc. Because of my laid back nature, I tend to stay away from parties, clubs, and bars. I do not drink, but I am cool with having friends that do. I am really hoping to find a small group of friends that I can connect with on an intellectual and personal level. But, I know this won’t be easy for me because I tend to guard my feelings, but I know that with the right people I won’t have a problem letting go of myself.
Some of the things that I am interested in include, music, travel, cultural events, languages, and fashion. I am deeply intrigued by people of different cultures. I like diversity and I like to learn about different cultures and languages. I am very interested in the French culture and language and in Brazilian culture and Brazilian Portuguese. One of my life goals is to live in France and to travel throughout Europe on a frequent basis. Someday, I hope to speak at least 5 languages, but I am not sure how I will find the time to do this, especially since I’m pursuing a career as a doctor.
Let’s see, oh yes, music is very important to me. I have yet to make a friend that is interested in the same kind of music as me. I enjoy all genres of music (yes, even country), but my favorite genres are electronica and Brazilian. Some of my favorite music artists include Daft Punk, Justice, Felix DaHousecat, Air, Jorge Ben Jor, and Julieta Venegas. I really would love to befriend someone who would attend a Daft Punk concert with me, which would just make my day!
I do have other interests, but I will hold back on them and see if anyone is interested in getting to know me based on what I have said above. Hopefully, I have said enough to attract a few people’s interest in me. Alright, well, take it easy and thanks for reading my profile.
