Describing one’s self is harder than it sounds. I’m pretty grounded in reality and don’t have many delusional thoughts of grandeur. I’m practical and analytical by nature but have a definite sense of adventure. I do a lot of cycling and climbing up the mountain gives me the sense of accomplishment but it is the screaming descent down that makes me feel alive. I like to laugh, have a great sense of humor and I am pretty good at making others laugh. What I notice first in a person is their eyes and smile. I live in the moment because once it’s gone it never comes back. I would agree with whoever said that life is what passes you by while you are planning your next trip. That doesn’t mean I don’t plan for the future but I appreciate what I have today, right now. I’m a gentle person and easy to be around. I am independent, self-sufficient and don’t need to be the center of attention. I am more of a giver than a taker. I’m probably like most on here, I am not independently wealthy so I have to work for a living. I have a good career that is both challenging and rewarding. Luckily I leave it at the office and don’t take it home with me. I love to cook so if you like to eat there could be a match. One thing I can’t do is bake so you would have to bring dessert, or maybe we could bake something together. I like long weekend trips to places such as NYC, New Orleans, Vegas or driving to the Smokies or Asheville. I’m looking for someone who has stability in their life, knows what they want and knows what makes them happy. A woman who has her own thing going on but wants to make some room for somebody else. I would like someone optimistic, fun, witty and intelligent. One must is you need to be warm and affectionate. Are you that person?
