My Ideal Person
I am looking for someone who can laugh at himself, witty , charming and treats a woman as an equal partner. A sense of humor is a must, I am fast with a comeback so you have to be prepared to fire back. I can't handle clingy personalities. You have to be happy with yourself and not depend on someone to make you happy. I have my own cleaning to do, so if you are looking for a housekeeper, it's not me. I am much better in another room in the house. Well a few rooms actually, I like to cook as well.

While I respect your need to watch your favorite teams play, I can't understand sitting in front of the TV all day watching every team play. Weekends are times to brush off the hectic week and be with the ones you love. If your idea of fun is to be a couch potato, I am not the one for you. I enjoy watching a movie and snuggling with a bottle of wine and a wonderful homemade dinner, or even a favorite dive restaurant as well. I enjoy talking to people. I like men who are willing to do the things I like, and I will as well. I have no problem with you having a guys night out, I have many friends that I enjoy time alone with or talking to. I am at the age now where loyalty and trust is a must to survive any relationship. If we develop a relationship and I find that you are still on the internet searching for something better, then I walk away. If I tell you that someone is a friend then that is just that. I have talked many men on here through bad relationships and developed friendships but have yet to meet any of them, due to long distance or disinterest in making the friendship anything else.

All of the men I have developed friendships with have contacted me, I don't search and have only viewed men that have come up on my emails from FF. I suppose I am old fashioned or maybe self consious in that way, I like to see if the man can take the lead in an initial meeting. When I am out, men may look but rarely approach me.

One time, I was out with my friends at a bar/dance club mostly a hang out for people my age. No one asked me to dance, then a funny little man celebrating his birthday with a ridiculous light up birthday cake hat, came over. He said " will you honor me with a dance?" My GF thought I was nuts, I accepted. He was a wonderful dancer and I had fun that night, so did my friend, she finally danced with him also. We talked and at the end of the evening he kissed my hand said thank you and that was it. I will never forget him. Men should take more chances like him. Throw caution to the wind and give it a try, you may be rejected but then again it may be an evening of fun as well. You never know if something may spark by just standing on the sidelines watching or getting drunk or just looking for a one night stand. This man was not drinking either, he was out to have fun for his birthday and we did.

A smile goes a long way with me.

I occasionally wear scrubs for work, in the office it is
office casual... but when I come home, it's jeans and a t-shirt. I dress up well too, my little black
dress needs a night out.
