Thanks for viewing my profile. I'm a tall, well-built, thirty six year old man who expects to move from Harrisburg to York in October. My picture is several years old. I am similar looking to it; however, my eyes are actually blue. My hair is growing out from a crewcut.
I have many interests. My passion is weather forecasting and observation. Watching storms and enjoying tranquil days for all their beauty has been enjoyable to me since childhood. I enjoy the elements in nature. Each week I've been going to the Washington, D.C. area for landscape work; however, I hope to start a new job soon which will keep me in PA. I love hiking and walking. Also, camping, swimming, skiing, driving to neat places, short travelling, eating out or in, conversation, and fun times are all favorites. I grew up in a metropolitan area and did not leave it until about two years ago. Therefore, I like history, the arts, and culture. I am very down-to-earth and easy to talk with. I like to tell stories, share experiences, trade opinions, and occasionally debate. This works well with someone who can back up a viewpoint and likes to be challenged.
I've not met the type of friend I can count on via other sites which are more adult-oriented. Trust that I love passion, romance, and sex more than the next guy. However, the tendency on other sites is for that to be the only thing people are after. People tend to do and say anything on those sites. I've tried it for a long time to no avail. I'm a very romantic man with a love for giving surprises and affection to the right person. I'm understanding and compassionate yet determined and fairly assertive. I like to wear casual clothes (shorts and t-shirts) in summer
and jeans and t-shirts or sweaters in winter. However,
I dress up to go out and like putting on a suit a couple times
a year! Not much more often than that, though.
