I don't do the bar scene or partying by myself - just no fun. I do not smoke, and drink only ocassionally. I would like someone to share dinners, movies, concerts, and other events in life that are more fun when shared with an interesting and enjoyable person. I have been out of the dating scene a while, and looking forward to meeting new people and learning all about them. I am easy going, and although kind of shy at first, I enjoy talking and listening to the experiences and adventures of others. My music tastes are ecclectic, I like many different styles. I read adventure and intrigue, such as Clancy, Ludlum,and Cussler. When it comes to movies, afraid I am a comedy and chick flick kind of gal. I recently started oil painting again after many years, and it has become my passion for the moment! I enjoy art and snooping around museums, although I haven't been able to do much of that in recent years.

I am looking for someone who is a good person; a gentleman and a gentle man, and the confidence to be both . A man who has a sense of humor about life, and himself. I want to meet someone who is willing to be a friend first.
