I'm bored with life here in Las Cruces, working all the time, and I don't know where to look for friends. I'm not into bars or anything like that, and don't go to school so other than work, there's not much opportunity to meet people. I'm from away so don't have a big social network here either. It'd be nice to make friends for occasional evenings, for in-depth intelligent conversation if you're into that, if not, movies, games, a few drinks, or anything to make us laugh. I'm not good at introducing myself, sorta awkward, but once past the barrier of firsts, I really let loose. And that's what I need, someone I can let loose with. Cuz being alone at home with 4 cats isn't doing it!
I'm down-to-earth, pretty mellow and laid back, a bit out there too, been a lot of places, seen a lot of things. I might be a little eccentric, but it's not as bad in person. I love history, classical music, and classic rock, I love to travel, love nature, science, that kinda stuff. Love to learn about different cultures.
I really love to laugh and have a neat sense of humor, pretty decent but a bit sick-minded at times. I prefer having guy friends, girls are usually too complicated for me. No offense, but guys seem to be able to let loose easier, and they usually find more humor in fart jokes and that kind of stuff. And they're just a lot goofier, laughable, like me. Not afraid of the great outdoors, snakes or spiders, or off-roading, drinking games, guns (maybe), Monty Python, porn, and all that good stuff. I'm just like one of the guys, except not...
Guys of all ages are cool....I can hang just as well with a 30 year old as with a 55 year old. We all have something to learn from each other! And laughs. Lots of 'em!
