I have a split personality- not in the mental sense, but in what I enjoy doing. Mostly I enjoy laughing and making others laugh, but I can have a meaningful conversation as long as it doesn't revolve around sports, mechanical things, or politics (I hate politics). I'm happy to have a quiet, low key night or going out with friends bar hopping. Movies, concerts, comedy clubs, plays, a hockey game, bowling, spending an hour in Barnes and Noble, reading, shopping, camping, travel- all things I am interested in and enjoy.
My friends would describe me as being funny, curious, outgoing, goofy, easy to get along with, sarcastich, with a strong personality. They even come to me for advice!
I work with 9th and 10th graders as a teachers aide and the kids would describe me as a weirdo who changes hair color too much. When they are mad at me they swear and call me names, but they still like me when they calm down.
My Ideal Person:
First a friend- most of mine are married, in serious relationships, have kids or moved away- so I don't go out as much anymore. Someone that is fun to be with, enjoys some of the same things I do, but will introduce me to new things, a good conversationalist, honest, funny, attractive, sincere and trusty. I'm not looking for someone to take care of me, but someone who will be supportive in the decisions I make and complements my personality.
