I'm a compassionate who has been kicked around quite a bit by the world, so I am also a bit cautious, though I have a trusting soul. I would also say that I am intelligent, easygoing, sweet, giving, and loving, along with being somewhat introverted and shy at first, though when I warm up that changes. My friends say they see me as nice and friendly, but with wariness borne of years of mistreatment. I love to hang around the house and watch TV or read, or go out to dinner and a movie, or go out for a night on the town. I am adaptive and fun loving, and I am not very athletic. I love to spend time with my family, I enjoy writing stories and songs, and I have a few collections I enjoy. My favorite cities are New York and Paris, and I would love to visit them again, and visit other places, such as New Orleans, that I've never seen. I also love visiting lighthouses, islands and beaches. I love to sing, and have a tendency to sing along with music. I also enjoy comedy clubs, and I love to laugh. I enjoy museums, especially art museums, and I love to go to the occasional play or ballet, or other event. I absolutely hate most sports, don't tend to play them, and I especially don't like watching them on TV, though I will occasionally watch Jayhawks basketball, mostly when they're in the playoffs. I am a solitary practitioner of Wicca. I strongly believe that what you put out in the world comes back to you threefold, and I try to always put out only good things.[SIZE 1][/SIZE][COLOR purple][/COLOR]
My Ideal Person
I'm looking for someone who would be be a good companion, and someone who will take my breath away. He or she will have to be patient, kind, loving, and understanding, with a good sense of humor and maybe a little ornery, and someone who is not too extroverted. I need someone who can be fun, but knows when to reel it in. (S)he would have to get along with my sons, when the time comes. (They are 13, 17, and 21 yr old.) (S)he will have to be someone who likes to cuddle, and has no problems showing affection, kissing and the like. Maybe a little bit of a couch potato though be willing to go out to my favorite bar or somewhere sometimes, too. Also, it must be a person that I feel an attraction to, so please have a pic available. And I prefer someone whose likes and dislikes compliment mine. I am looking for a soul mate, and would like someone who is at least somewhat spiritual, but is not heavily into organized mainstream religion. Wicca or another new age or earth-based type of religion is preferable over those religions.
