I've been in amazing Australia for five and a half months now and I love it here! It looks like I may be heading back to the USA soon so I'm looking to see who's around the areas where I'll be. I'm not too sure where I'll land after some time in Cali, but most likely back in NC or CO for awhile. I'll be starting out in Sacramento for a little while and don't know anyone there yet aside from some family members and they're all scattered about and super busy, so I figure I'll give this a go. Let's see.. my main thing is horses, really.. Real Horsemanship.. Real horsewomanship, in my case ;) I believe in partnering with horses rather than ANY form of dominating them. I do bitfree, spurfree partner training with horses and I fall in love with every I work with.
Permaculture is a huge interest of mine these days, especially gearing it toward equine needs and uses. I know very little about it yet, and am getting my first taste of it here in New South Wales. Natural healing of all forms is another thing I'm very fascinated with. Finding out the truths and lies in the world and understanding where all these issues come from, or connecting the dots, if you will.. is a hobby of mine and seeing the bigger picture is becoming second nature. It's becoming a bit of a game to see how many tangential issues (symptoms) would dissipate if their main problems (the disease) were fixed. That would also prevent them from happening again, obviously.. but the further I connect the symptoms and their problems at all their levels, the more easily they seem to be coming together. Yeah.. this is a bit of how my mind works. If you're still reading this, I guess we might be off to an ok start, eh? Interestingly, though, others I meet of like mindedness have all somehow magically come to the same, or very similar conclusions. These such people are who I'm hoping to find!
I'm all for good humour and I require it in high doses! :) I'm really good at bad jokes and still love to play board games like Balderdash,Scattergories and Taboo. Reading, writing, researching online and watching docos are all pretty regular habits for me. I also love outdoorsy stuff; everything from bushwalking, abseiling, canyoning, and waterfall and cave searching and exploring to simply camping out under a full moon and star full of skies near a swimming hole. I'm pretty rusty and didn't do a whole lot of canyoning and rock climbing ever, but I sure did enjoy what I did of it years ago when I first gave it a go at Uni. I also love sportbikes and motocross, but mostly I miss riding the sportbikes. I want to learn more about organic gardening and I love to cook. I'm vegan, anti GM Foods, Pro Organic and very interested in herbal and nutritional healing. I guess I'm guilty of judging products by their covers and labels, though... as I have a bit of an obsession with label and ingredients list reading. (especially the fine print) I'm not religious though I love, respect and honour God and Gaia in my own way, that I think is a much 'older' way of spiritual connection. And I'm appalled with modern day politics. Drop me a line if you want to say hi sometime. :)

People who are non judgmental, racist, nor materialistic that can appreciate the true beauty and magick in life. People that love to laugh but would never intentionally hurt anyone.. physically nor emotionally. People who are over their own ego and know what love really is. People who want to learn, teach and explore heaps of different things and meet great people and exchange new and old ideas and perspectives to learn and grow together. I love meeting new non human friends, too and can't stand any form of cruelty to other living beings. I can appreciate good acting in film but self induced life drama goes nowhere fast with me. I like intelligent, (and that's not the same word as educated.. but that can be good, too..  , life love based people that appreciate animals, nature, helping others and the planet, and are always up for a good laugh.
