If so, we have something in common. I was born and raised in San Francisco. My father was of Mexican ancestry and my mother was German, Danish, Irish and French. I'm friendly, affectionate, kind, sensitive, caring, sincere and easy-going. I'm considered intelligent and articulate, old-fashioned yet modern. I am polite and respectful, and hope you are, too. I have a good sense of humor, but also enjoy talking about serious subjects.
Laughter and smiles come easily to me. I am a genuine per and tend to seek out the same quality in others. Nature and aesthetic beauty are very important to me, but these days I get my fix from my garden and art galleries more than from travel. I can be adventurous sometimes. One of my most interesting vacations was exploring petroglyphs in a remote village in Mexico on a private ranch, but I was with my father and a trusted guide. One of my most fun camping experiences was panning for gold in the Mokelumne River. I found a nice nugget of fool's gold. My most recent bit of fun was going to Cache Creek casino for the first time.
I value tradition, loyalty and stability. I tend to be nostalgic over loved ones, possessions and even routines, but since the death of my parents, my life is no longer the same. I want to build a new life with someone I love. I'm not the sort of per who needs troops of friends to be happy. I am fine doing my own thing but I am happiest when with someone I love. As Leonardo da Vinci once said -- "Life without love is no life at all!"
My Ideal Person
I would like to find a man who is willing to be friends first. My ideal man is friendly, kind, compassionate, intelligent and easy-going. Preferably he would share some of my interests and live within 50 miles of me. He would have the time to get to know me and not just be looking for a place to stay while he visits San Francisco.

I believe in creature comforts. I like to dress well, but
comforably. My favorite clothing brands are Calvin Klein,
Ralph Lauren, Lucky Brand, Michael Kors, Ulla Popken,
Liz Claiborne and Jones New York. I like to wear Ecco boots,
Nike Free Runs and Acorn slippers.
