I've been a widow for six years am employed full time as a librarian. I could retire but haven't found the right reason (or person) yet. I'm not a wild party person but do enjoy parties, a few drinks and listening to 50s-60s-70s music. I also just like sitting and visiting and getting to know people. I have four children, all married, and six grandchildren. I enjoy traveling but it would be more fun to have a special someone along. My hobby (or obsession at times) is family history and have compiled several books. Family and friends are very important to me.
My Ideal Person:
It is very important to me to find a person with a sense of humor and one who is a good conversationalist. Hopefully we would share a lot of the same interests. Relocating would take some thought. I think I lean toward a long term relationship but would have to wait and see how compatible we were. I'm not looking for marriage. I really like hugs and kisses. I'm a very healthy person but am not into physical excercise beyond walking.
What would be your most ideal date?: All of the above would be great!
What factors are most important to you when looking for someone?: Age
What words best describe your personality?: Outgoing, Intelligent, Glass half full, Realist
Tell us about your personal style and why it works for you. Casual and comfy? Sharp and professional?: I'm a little of both. When I have dress professionally for work I can but on days off it's definitally casual.
Tell us what things in life are most important to you.: Good health, happiness, a feeling that I have been a person who has accomplished things in life that has made other people happy.
