I am a 37 year old, full-figured, African American woman living within the inner city limits of Washington, DC. As a, true-to-form, taurean lady, I am known by my friends (abroad) to be very caring, dependable, honest, and loyal. I am reserved, relaxed, intellectual and witty.
I have never been married and I have no children. I am an old fashion lady. Although, I am a homebody, who spends a lot of time playing Massive Multiplayer Online (MM games, I have a strong interest in cultural outings to museums of art and nature, operas, internatinal travel, as well as dinner with a friend.
I work for the federal government as a Freedom of Information Act Analyst with a bachelors degree in Psychology and two paralegal certificates. So I stress that I am partial to those who can have regular intellectual conversations and have a love of learning.

Online gaming: Perfect World International (currently playing). Have played – Rappelz, Rohan, Shiaya, Flyff (fly for fun) 3D game world, Puzzle Pirates, GoPets, NeoPets, and Pogo Games.
Animation: Works by Miyazaki (my favorites: Howl’s Moving Castle, Spirited Away, & My Neighbor Totoro; Anime Series (Naruto, Bleach, Inuyasha, Cowboy Beebop, Trinity Blood, Vampire Princess Miyu, and many more); Escaflowne, Vampire Hunter D.
Literature: Most favorite is supernatural fiction especially vampires (Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton, Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles and a host of other books like White Wolf’s Clan Novels). Also I have an interest in philosophical books such as works by Nietzsche, topics of religions (Taoism, Hinduism, etc). Classic Literature such as works by Oscar Wilde, Emily Brontë, etc.
Music: I really love downtempo/trip hop (sound is jazzy/chill lounge electronica) mainly: Blue Tofu, Zero 7, Massive Attack, Hooverphonic, Moorcheba and the likes. I also have an appreciation for Acid Jazz, Opera (Carmina Burana, Messa de Requiem, and others), Rock, Metal, classic rock.
I also love learning about philosophies, art, D/s, travels and culture through the eyes and experiences of others.
My Ideal Person:
I’m looking for a single-unattached gentleman friend who shares several of my interests (listed above in detail) to casually date for starters or at least begin a platonic friendship. Although I am open minded, I have found Caucasian European men to most closely share the views and approach to life as I do, so they are my preference. I am, especially, interested in meeting an internationally well-traveled professional a professional (e.g., executive or legal), who is truly seeking a meaningful relationship, and not just a chance with token shell of a beauty to show off or worse.
If he speaks other languages (like Russian, German, etc.) that is a plus. I have studied German and Danish and I am always looking for the opportunity to rebuild my shamefully rusty language skills. For German or Danish speaking guys, I would love to rebuild my language skills chatting with you.
