A happy person who likes the outdoors, having friends, doing fun things. I love many kinds of music including classical, pop, opera, some country, celtic, symphonies, and show tunes. I work in web design building web pages along with home movie and slide show production. Photography is mostly my hobby, although I do some professionally as well. I like everything from bonfires and smores to a night at the opera. Volleyball, tennis and softball are some of the sports I like to participate in. Walking along the beach, camping, kayaking and enjoying nature are all things that I enjoy very much. I have a serious hard-working side and a silly playful side that laughs uproariously and causes others to laugh with me. I have 2 dogs who also keep me laughing and keep my feet warm in our long winters. At this point in my life I am looking for my best friend. Due to my being the principle caregiver to my semi-invalid father, I am seeking someone willing to be content chatting online for the time being.
My Ideal Person:
A best friend that I can share anything with...the first person I think of when I have something exciting to tell. Someone who I can support in his endeavors and will support me in mine. Honesty and integrity are more important to me than appearance. Kindness and a sense of responsibility for our world with a desire to "give something back." Someone who would rather be on the go doing and discovering rather than camping on the couch watching TV every night, although I do love to watch movies and have several favorites. Hopefully when my responsibilities are fewer and I have more time for myself our friendship could turn into something much more; but for me that is in the future.
