I'm a typical senior Southern lady who loves the Lord and who likes to please and do for others. I like any part of nature; particularly enjoy fishing--best when I'm catching something. Even so, don't get to go too often. I love babies--two legged/four legged--matters not. A cuddly kitten or puppy is a part of Heaven on earth. My favorite type of music is Southern Gospel--particularly the Gaither Vocal Band and Homecoming friends.
I'm retired, but still work two nights/week in the Library at the local junior college. I like to be able to keep a "hand in the pie," so to speak.
My two children are nearby. I greatly enjoy a good relationship with both of them. My grandson is training to go to Kuwait in a few weeks for ten months. Will be a great relief when that time is up and he returns home to us.
