Hello, I'm Brit! I'll try to just cover the basics here, hmm... In the fall I'll finally be enrolling in the education program at MSU Mankato. I have a huge passion for teaching kids because there is no greater feeling in the world than watching them understand/apply the things I'VE taught them. So, I am planning to become a high school photography teacher. =)
I'm very laid back, easy to get along with, and am almost always smiling. In my spare time I love being outside, writing, reading, playing video games, watching movies, listening to music, hanging out with friends, or spending time with my 1 year-old niece!
I'm a very spiritual, intellectual person but I don't take myself too seriously. I enjoy, both, deep conversations that challenge my mind/beliefs and the pointless nonsensical kind of conversations that result in hours of laughter. I'm big into body art, also. Currently I have 5 tattoos (there will be more!) and something like 12 piercings. My tattoos are all meaningful to me and, while I love my piercings, I hate looking as though I'm crammed full of steel (so all my jewelry is simple and classy).
My Ideal Person:
I'm not here looking to find "the one" and fall in love...if that happens, cool, that's awesome!! I'm merely looking to find someone who can appreciate my quirks (like my simultaneous love for tomatoes and hate for ketchup, how I often giggle after I sneeze because they just sound silly, and how on the rare occasion I actually wear socks they almost never completely match) and to appreciate similar quirks in someone else.
I need to be with someone of sound mind, knows who they are and what they want. I, myself, am a shameless dreamer and would like to meet someone who has realistic goals but still isn't afraid to dream! And if you HAVE to make me laugh, it's an absolute dealbreaker!
Overll, I'm a lady. I dress like a lady, carry myself like a lady, and behave like a lady (most times =P) - I expect to be TREATED like a lady. If you're looking for any less, I'm not the woman with whom you need to be!

I usually dress "business casual" because
it makes me feel completely confident and sexy. Plus, I
like the way people speak to me when I'm dressed the
way I normally am, rather than when I wear a t-shirt and jeans.
I'm laid-back and easy-going, I just tend to look a
little more "dressed up" while I'm being
awesome.
