It seems like I have tried so many of these just to try to figure out what I am looking for, so I guess one more won't hurt.
I have recently started a new job and have a lot more time on my hands. However, I have discovered that while I was busy in a workaholic haze for my last job, all of my friends have gotten married or moved away. While I would love to find the love of my life here, I would also be pretty happy with some additional friends with whom I had things in common.
I like men who are comfortable with sexuality and aren't afraid to be outwardly affectionate. I am very strong willed and don't need a partner to complete me, but life is more fun with one.
I am an attractive, intelligent and ambitious woman who knows who she is, what she wants and has at least a pretty good idea of how to get it. I am strong, level headed and emotionally stable, which seems to be a rarity these days.
I am a single mother of two perfect girls who are the light of my life, but they are with their father half of the time which leaves a lot of free nights for me. I love my thrities. I think I am more comfortable with who I am and know myself better than I ever have, both of which make interacting with people easier than it has ever been. I am very happy with my life right now, but would like to have some new friends or a new relationship in it.
In my spare time, I have recently started a workout regimen, but as it is fairly new to me, I still sometimes need someone to help me with motivation. I have also picked up golf and tennis and would love to try ballroom dancing. I like the outdoors and love to travel. I was raised on Blues and Jazz and have an appreciation for almost all types of music...almost.
After being in the dating world for awhile, I have a few deal breakers, bad teeth and bad grammar being two of them. If you use any type of illegal drug, don't bother contacting me. I have no interest in being someone's mother or guiding light. You must already know what you want and at least have a pretty good idea of how to get it. I am financially stable and need my partner to be the same. My partner will have to already have children of his own and not desire to have more, as my girls are getting older and I am not starting again...43 and kid free has become my new mantra. I often entertain for work so he must own a nice suit and feel comfortable in a tux if need be. But he also has to know how to put on a t-shirt and jeans, kick back and relax with a beer watching football all day.
I find it very difficult to represent myself accurately. I know this sounds like a lot of "prerequisites" but I have just dated enough to know what I want and what I don't. Sound crazy? Welcome to my world! Come on in! The water's fine!
