These introductions are always a bit hard to do-so here I go!
I find life most exciting and the bumps or pits we encounter only make us stronger! In my spare time(!!) I enjoy antique and estate sales as well as weekend get always to off the beaten path places. When I really need to relax, I am off to the Texas Hill Country for relaxation and rest.
I live by this: "Do the right thing and do it all the time." I am a true believer that treating people with openness, trust and candor is the best way to live. I am not a player in any sense of the word and do not tolerate players in any sense. I will be quite candid if that occurs!
My friends will tell you that I am a giving person and to that end I will go out of the way to help a friend in need! Sometimes that is my greatest weakness, however it is also my greatest strength.
I prefer quiet intimate restaurants for romantic dinner or evening! I do not like the bar scene! In my younger years...well suffice it to say-"Been there...done that!"
I am comfortable in jeans to the very formal and know which fork to use in the later!!! 
I would like to meet someone with similar interests and desires! I do prefer assertive men who know how to treat a woman in all aspects. No married men or players-Please!!!!
I enjoy being with friends,, especially entertaining from BBQ to special meals! A great DVD, especially thrillers are my favorite and enjoy snuggling together watching one--with a good glass of wine!
Dan Fogelberg, James Taylor, Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Air Supply, Eagles, Carole King are my favorite artists to listen to! Guess I am really showing my age there!
