Happily married lawyer with 2 kids...loves good conversations and funny people. Rabid coffee drinker. Has a propensity to use polysyllables (closet philologist here) so beware. Will alliterate at the drop of a hat, if I wore one. Will alliterate even without a hat, anyway. Loves to read. Adores quickwits, quick quips, and quaint practices. Trying to write a book, but legal work gets in the way, so will probably take a sabbatical and deny ever having gone to law school, shingle notwithstanding. Known omnivore--can lay siege to a buffet in a single bound. Probable sufferer of Gourmand's Syndrome, if it does exist. Adores food--will eat anything edible once, unless it's cashews. Loves to cook, collects cookbooks.

Already met the man of my dreams. As to friends, just people who have a great sense of humor, don't take themselves too seriously, have a positive outlook in life, and can carry on a good conversation.
