I think that you should. As for me, I still at times remember
certain things about my FIRST love and ex-long term girl
friends and even my ex-wife. Do I feel bad about thinking
about them....no. Because it reminds me on what went wrong
to remind me to make things different the next time someone
comes into my life......good luck!

Well, I had a bad break up and a guy friend tried to convince
me the only way to get over "him" was to jump back
in the scene A.S.A.P. He even offered himself as the "springboard."
Of course, he had been secretly in love with me for eons,
so I took his advice and made use of his offer. One kiss from
a friend that I "wasn't attracted to in that way"
and it was like the fourth of July exploded! Wow, it was great!
In time, he became the guy I needed to "get over"
so instead, I "got even" and married him. Almost
2 decades later and a litter of little ones, "he's
still the one." Which goes to prove, you've got
to kiss a LOT of frogs! If you don't, you may be the one
losing out.
