Rand88 I’m not sure about the specifics, but I think I would want to be famous for turning my life around, for doing something like kicking alcohol and drug addiction and really making something of myself. That way I could use my fame to change the lives of other addicts and alcoholics, and to give them hope: I think I’d be better able to do so if I had this sort of personal knowledge of what they were struggling with.

Beachlover01923 I'm not really into fame and fortune. I guess you could say I'm a humble guy: I like the simple things in life, like waking up in the morning to a new day! The only thing I really want is that, when I die, for God to tell me I did okay. That’s only part of the question, though; because if I WERE famous, I’d have to do something with my fame. So if I were a celebrity I would use my fame to help the less fortunate ones, such as the homeless, drug and alcohol abusers, and so on. I think if you’re in the spotlight you have a responsibility to the many others who cannot speak their mind, and I’d be proud to do this.

LaughandbeMary If I could be famous for something, it would be as a standup comedian! I really love to make people laugh. It's my way of making rough days or lousy situations or just plain awkward situations, (like blind dates, for example), so much easier. If I had tons of money to give away, I'd give it to some sort of children's fund, whether this means that the money would go towards children with various problems, or to scholarships. Even though I may not have the most patience, I really like kids. I really want to write and illustrate children’s books when I get out of college. And hopefully, one day I'll be a mom. Giving to deserving children seems like the next best thing.

I have two grown kids who will tell you that being a single Mom has not always been easy, but they will confirm that a result of my choosing to remain a single Mother, they have a profound understanding of humility. Don’t be fooled: my kids are more well-dressed than most and are more well-mannered than many kids their age. We live in a very affluent part of the city, have a beautiful home, everyone has a car and we are quite happy.

During this time, I developed a deep understanding of what being female is all about. I would like to say that I know it all, but quite obviously I don’t! Thus, the search and desire to understand the female gender and how she works has become a focus (one of many) of my day-to-day existence.

I LOVE the fact that I understand the power that having confidence has. I love the fact that when I walk into a room, and especially a room with many of the opposite sex, I can make jaws drop and just about every head will turn. It’s definitely not because I’m physically attractive; rather, it’s because I exude a confidence that resonates! It shows in my eyes and my posture and in the way I dress. I speak directly and clearly and always look into the eyes of the person I am speaking to. I always smell great (thank God for Channel No.5), my skin is smooth, my hair is done. Here’s a tip: just taking care of yourself just that extra bit more when you’re single helps! You never know who might be looking!

I LOVE the fact that I’m 45 and don’t wish to be any other age other than the one I am now. I am who I am because of what being a single Mom and woman has done for me. I have learned to stop and smell the roses and enjoy my kids and my home and ME. I enjoy taking care of ME. I love getting all the things done to me that make me feel confident and happy. When ME is happy then everything else I do is done better.

I LOVE the fact that I exude a certain amount of sexiness; I think it is primarily because of the fact that I take the time to put on makeup, dress well, am confident, and that I’ve learned the art of flirting!!! Confidence exudes sexiness -- no doubt about that. I think that if a person is happy with themselves and not out to please everyone else but to please themselves FIRST then confidence and sexiness prevails in their mannerisms.

I LOVE being single, but that is not to say that I would not be happy being a partner in a relationship. At the moment, I am definitely looking for that confident someone, though unfortunately for most men they are very intimidated by confident, attractive women. Will I regress and become the submissive female that most of society expects? Hell no! I’m me!

If I could use my fame for being Single, Sexy and 45 I would use it help all those women out there who need some real assistance in understanding that it doesn’t matter what society demands you look like: all you need is to develop the inner confidence to be your best. Absolutely everyone will see that confidence resonate from you. Giving yourself the okay to take care of yourself doesn’t take too much time or money (I know -- I’m a single Mom) it just takes effort to want to make a difference.

Being a single Mom and single woman doesn’t have to mean you are in financial despair. It doesn’t have to mean your kids live on the street. It doesn’t have to mean that you don’t have a job. It should mean that you are taking control of YOU and your life and are getting your shit together and showing the world that being Single, Sexy and 45 is where it’s at!
