| Pre trip jitters |

Mood: contemplative, 164 Views | I got them last night. Started to wonder if I am really ready. I really haven't completed planning my route and think that I need more time doing long trips on my bike to make sure I am in shape. Then there is the money situation. A person never thinks they have enough, 
On the other hand we are heading into the hot rainy season down here real soon and I don't want to be around for it. So, I still will be getting out of here real soon. | |

| I have been bleeding green |

Mood: contemplative, 127 Views | As I get closer to the date of my departure I have been spending a lot of money to get myself ready. I am not spending to much time on collecting cans as I have a lot of other things that I need to do. That $300 economic incentive check that the government is suppose to be giving me would look mighty good rig th now. The money would be in my bank account in case I would need it in an emergency but I will have to wait to they send it to the Diner in July and hope the people there will mail it to my bank. Until then I will have to make good with what I have and hope to find work along the way to where ever I will eventually land up at.  | |

| Needed some extra padding |

Mood: adventurous, 133 Views |  | Yesterday I decided to take a long trip on my bike. After about an hour my lower end was getting sore. Those cheap bikes come with cheap seats and since I now have less extra padding down below I decided that I needed some padding to keep me comfortable on my trip. That was another $21 that I hadn't planned on spending.  |
