Mood: contemplative, 202 Views |  | Today I went out and got it. It was the cheap one and not the aluminum one that I was planning on getting. The aluminum one was not designed to have a bike rack installed in the back.  So I went with what was best suited for my plans. |

Mood: cheerful, 180 Views | Sunday was once again free showers at the YMCA and my official weighing. I am now down to 159 pounds.  That means I now have lost 51 pounds since last August.  With me leaving before the end of this month I will be making no more reports here.  | |
