As Misty and Riny told you (almost) everything about our meetings in Sozopol and Bourgas on my blog and theirs, I will only post here a pic of an alley from the sea park where we walked.
Yes, I showed Misty and Riny the beach and my sacred place on the hill overviewing the sea and Riny asked me, "Why do you allow others to trod on your place ?" Lol! "They may visit here", I answered, "but I'm the only one who sits on the edge to meditate. So it's MY place"
Aaah, I love every minute with them and I'm so glad they enjoy what they see in Bulgaria. It's a happy time to be with friends !
Misty is delightfully witty and entertaining, and Riny, I promise that I and Misty will give you the word more next time. And I hope to hear you sing and play the guitar next time we meet 
To be continued...Taking Misty and Riny to Nessebar - another ancient Bulgarian town and Sunny Beach - a big seaside resort, that's 40 km north of Bourgas, on Saturday, a special day for me...

| I Have to Tell You Something |

383 Views |  | In an answer to Chelle's question about my smoking... Well, I knew somebody would ask me...If it weren't Chelle, it would be Beta, lol.
No harm, sweeties. Anyway, I was wondering how to open the topic.
Well, after trying being on NO cigs for regular periods of few days, I found it too difficult for my nerves...So I compromised on 1-2 cigs a day which keeps me in balance. I have been going like that for a month, that's why I didn't pronounce my 7th month of non-smoking.
Now Riny is ahead of me being already 15 days completely with NO cigarettes. BRAVO to him !!!
Well, you can hoot me, I'm sorry if I disappointed you. I still think this is a satisfactory result for my health, I haven't given up the fight. And I began slimming....
My elder son is coming home tomorrow and my two sons will meet. I'm so happy ! So we will be the whole family again, except my father 
This is the news from the Black Sea today.

| Meeting Misty and Riny in Sozopol |

325 Views |  | Sozopol is one of the oldest towns on Bulgarian Thrace's Black Sea coast. The first settlement on the site dates back to the Bronze Age.
Occupied in turn by Byzantines, Bulgarians and Ottomans, Sozopol was assigned to Bulgaria in the 19th century. Almost all of its Greek population moved to Greece to be replaced by Bulgarian refugees from Eastern Thrace.
When I got off the bus I was amazed to find on the streets many more people than in Bourgas. Well, Sozopol is a small town after all...But it lives on the tourists in summer.
While I was waiting for Riny and Misty at the terrace of their hotel overlooking the beach, I really felt like a foreigner in my country, something similar to what Riny wrote...I was in the world of the holidaymakers.
Oh, but here they were, coming towards me - Riny, shy at first but very sweet when relaxed, and Misty, funny, entertaining, and with lovely green eyes.
Do you know which was the best ? That we didn't stop talking and laughing from the moment we met till they saw me off at the bus station. It didn't matter I met them in person for the first time. I had met old friends and that was the magic. Thank you, Friendfinder.
And thank you all who sent hi and hugs to me, I got them
Anybody else coming to Bulgaria ? I'd love it. We're still in the middle of summer.

| How Do I Keep Fit after the Spa ? |

BECAUSE MY SONS ARE COMING HOME FOR THEIR HOLIDAYS ON AUG 1 !!!
Why should you clean after they'll turn everything in a mess when they come, you'll ask. Lol.
So,today I was cleaning my parents' flat where my sons usually stay in while in Bourgas. The neighbour next door dropped in and while I was seeing her off at the flight of stairs the wind banged the door behind my back and it locked. And I stood at the stairs in my cleaning clothes, with my apartment keys and purse inside. And the neighbour had to dress me in her clothes and give me money for the bus, so that I could go to MY flat at the other end of the city to take the spare keys for my parents' flat. Sheeesh... Has anything cranky like this happened to you ? 
Now I'm going to bed bacause I'm tired not so much by the cleaning but by crossing the city four times.
Temperatures have dropped at my place to a little under 30*C, and it's only 20*C/80*F at the moment, 1 am. How is summer with you ?

2. Swimming in the outdoors mineral pool of the rehabilitaion home
3. Meditating in an indoors mineral pool, water 38*C/100*F
4. Taking all the water out, dancing till 2am .....
5. No TV or computer !!!!
Well, it took me one day to find company and adapt to the life at the spa. It is taking me 5th day to adjust to my old life...
I'm back, pals.

678 Views |  | OK folks, I'm leaving for the spa in an hour. It's inside the country where it will be up to 38*C next week, and no sea (Who said global warming is over?)...But I will be soaking in mineral water.
So stay safe, enjoy the summer and be good to each other . Will miss ya.

990 Views |  | I finally finished my private lessons with my graduates. Next week they are sitting for their entrance exams. So now in the evenings I'm preparing only dinner but no more exercise papers for the next day, no, no
I found TWO women to take 24-hour care of my mum (my savings, ouch !) and next week I'm leaving for a rest at a spa centre. Ptu, ptu, hope a black cat doesn't cross my path.
I need a break, a change and some time only for me.
Today the sea was so smooth and warm, 27*C/80*F,
that I finally managed to leave the bridge behind me by swimming and neared a flock of newly hatched seagulls, nestled on the water. Wow, I almost had the feeling of being in the wild !
So, what are your plans for the summer ?
